Terms of Service

RetailRanked is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and residents of the United States. By creating an account, you represent that you meet both requirements.

RetailRanked is a portfolio-tracking and social leaderboard platform. It is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial advisory service, and nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You retain ownership of the portfolio notes, comments, and other content you submit. By posting content visible to others (through a public or private-trades portfolio, feed posts, or comments), you grant RetailRanked a license to display that content on the platform as part of operating the Service.

By submitting a verification request, you represent that the screenshots and information you provide genuinely and accurately reflect your own portfolio activity. RetailRanked reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke verification status at its sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Falsify or misrepresent transaction history
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's privacy, security, or access controls

Return calculations and leaderboard rankings depend on third-party market data and currency exchange providers. This data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. RetailRanked does not guarantee the accuracy of any displayed return, ranking, or price.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RETAILRANKED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DATA DISPLAYED ON THE PLATFORM, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your own account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
